A clear operational guide for authorised practice staff.
Start the Station ↓Start. Demonstrate.
Power off.
Three simple steps. No settings or technical setup required.
Press and hold the power button. Wait for the HopeTether demonstration screen.
Keep the Station securely in its stand and follow the on-screen demonstration.
At the end of the day, hold the power button and select Power off.
Explain HopeTether simply.
“HopeTether gives a pet a permanent identity. If someone finds them, they scan the TAG with any smartphone. No app or account is required. The Owner is alerted and the Finder can make private contact.”
If something
isn’t right.
Select the closest issue or report a problem. You will be asked for the three-digit Station Identity printed on the rear label.
Station does not start
Confirm that power is connected, then try the power button once more. Do not reset the device.
Demonstration does not load
Leave the Station in place and report the issue to HopeTether support.
Screen is frozen
Power the Station off once and restart it. If the issue remains, report it.
Station or stand is damaged
Stop using the unit and report the physical damage.
